Fishin clubs used to be good places to meet other fishermen with the same addiction!

If you google bass fishing clubs NC, you should be able to find a few lists. You may need to type in a few different variations but you will find them. Go to local tackle stores and ask.

hang around long enough, and you may be fishing in the back of the boat with an old gentleman, ... happened to me.
