Just a little update.....put my Zillion SHA 7.1:1 reel on my jerkbait/spook rod, and I actually like it.  Canb't say that I appreciate the faster pick up for sure, but it's really nicely balance and comfortable. It goes show, old can be taught new tricks.

    Great to know thanks. Didnt find a reel over the memorialday sale.. I didn't want to just buy a reel to buy one.
