Major League Fishing

Featured Replies

was watching an old free episode. I really enjoyed it, I went to there site and well, guess i am ignorant but, does it cost per tournament to watch, I cant pay like per year and re watch it?  Can I download the episodes once i pay for them. IS there a place to watch them for free??.  Sorry for dumb question, I want to watch it, but if all else fails is it worth the price, or is it just like 2 hours long for the set price.

Yes, you have to pay per tournament. And no, you cannot download, and they take away your ability to go back and watch these tournaments after 90 days.

I like the format, and I would like to watch the extended casts, but I'm not paying for them anymore.

I paid for the season pass or whatever for the first season, but not the 2nd one.  Hard to commit to watching a 3 hour bit on a PC.  IF we could download, and then for instance stream via PC or PS3 or media player to TV, then that would be great.  But restricted to PC/Laptop only I really didn't use the pass much, just watched the TV shows instead.

Alright thanks guys and 15 bucks for 3 hours is a bit steep

Oh no, its more like 18 hours of fishing footage for $15. But just the way they have been screwing over the paying customer has turned me away.

I split the costs with a couple buddies.  $5 for lots of fishing coverage that I can watch during down times at work is worth it to me...Only problem is only one person can use the account at a time so it kicks the other person off if they are watching it and you log on.  No biggie though.

In the first series, when I bought the Bass Pass after three episodes had already aired, I paid the full price only to find that I would NOT be able to watch the first two because I had purchased it after they were already available. I would have to pay $2.99 EXTRA per episode. They fixed it pretty quick, so I wasn't unhappy yet.

Second series come along. I paid for the Bass Pass a month or so in advance so I could watch it, since at the time I did not have Outdoor Channel. Then, come to find out that the paying customer was going to have to wait a WEEK until after the new episode airs on TV to watch the one that had aired a week earlier. They changed it like they should have, so I bought the third series.

But, I had come to find that they take away my right to watch these episodes after 90 days, when my season was just barely getting started, and dock fishing will be playing a big roll in the months to come on my local lakes. The point of making the extended casts available for people to watch online is so they can learn more about what the anglers were doing that may be current with the techniques someone may be using at the time. Even though its been over a year, I still have the ability to watch the very first tournament, but I can no longer watch the one that would give me the most information I can use for my area.

Soo, I'm not longer buying any of them.

i watch on outdoor channel just wish there were more tourny like this cause i like this style
