Stupid Hamstring

I freaking pulled my d**n upper hamstring again!!!!!!!!!" This puts me almost back to square one. When my back was jacked up back in march. This was the reason for it. GRRRRRR!!!!!!!!! Worst part is I get to hobble around like a d**n goon until it stops freaking hurting. Good part is as long as I'm standing, walking, or moving in general it doesn't hurt so bad. Best part is it doesn't affect my upper body. So I can still shoot my bow.

Doesn't feel as bad as the last time either. So hopefully it will heal up quicker this go around. Last time it was immediate pain. This time its just a dull ache that spikes sometimes when I use the muscle. So much for having my own exercise show. Also back to rehabbing the dang thing.

Be sure to do your exercises for the hamstring.

You don't want the damaged area to calcify which will cause future problems.

See a doctor if your hamstring does not heal.

All the best for a speedy recovery.

Hamstrings suuuuck!!!  It is one of those injuries that if you don't let heal properly it will do just that, not heal properly and nag you for years.

take it easy and just because it feels good doesn't mean it is.
