Help With New Rod Decision

Featured Replies

I am looking to get a new rod for my crank baits and spinners I am considering the daiwa ballistic spinning rod but have not decided on a reel. The ballistic is in sale for $60 compared to$100. I would love some feedback for choosing a new rod and reel. Thank you

I'm thinking about getting one of these as well but I am having a hard time finding any good reviews on them have you found any decent reviews?

I can't review the spinning rod yet, though I have the 7'2" model on order and slated to arrive on the 5th. I'll post after I get it.

I've been using the 7'11" Ballistic cranking rod for the past week, and I really like it. For some reason the Ballistic rods didn't go over well and as a result they're being discontinued. Wish I could afford a couple more, because the cranker is a great rod. For $55 you can't go wrong.

Aqualkinbush. I don't think I'm going to get this rod. I feel I'm pressured to get it for the sale and I could probably take my time to find a better rod.
