The Fever Is Back, St. Louis

Featured Replies

Hey everyone! First, thank you for the wealth of info on the site. Truely awesome stuff.

Grew up fishing 6 ponds on my uncles farm in Washington MO and spent a lot of summers there. Then dad got a boat down at Tablerock and did most fishing there from 11-16.

Since then, haven't fished at all.

Finally, helping my folks move I found all my reels and rods packed up and broke them. It's been a fun summer. Got 26 largemouth between 1-4lbs on the 4th at a family BBQ lake that never gets fished.

Right now I have two old bait casters from my dad, late 1990's / 2000. Just ordered a Lews speed spool and 13 black ***.

Here's to coming back! And thanks for the help as I am sure I will need it!
