Okay so I'm a 15 year old and I've just now started getting serious with fishing. I've fished catfish all my life, and caught a couple bass and croppie. I really like the "fight" a bass and croppie give you rather than a catfish. Any recommendations as to where to fish, what lures to fish with, or techniques? Oh and I live in Memphis Tennessee so if anybody wants to pond I'm down.

Can't go wrong with a fake crawler, and texas rig it, look it up if you dont know what that is. Throw it out, and let it sink. Most of the time, the bass with strike on the initial sink. Watch for the line to get tight, if it does set the hook. Once it goes to the bottom the line will get slack. Pull the rod up to 12 o'clock, and then reel in the slack, let it sink again. Repeat this until either a bass hits or you have fully retreived your line.

Start reading and ask plenty of questions when you come up with one!
