I heard by a member on here the new company is just as bad as the old one, fingers crossed there not, Orange is my fav color. lol

I thought you had to pay a $50 fee for a replacement? Or is that if its your fault?

That's only if its your fault and I want to say it has to be outside a year or something I'm not 100 percent so don't quote me on that

the $50 is if you break it.  If it is due to defect then they will replace it.  I know that they want people to be honest, if I have to pay $50 to replace after shipping to them though its not really worth it especially with tackle warehouse sales and such, ending up around $80 for a new one.  If they will send a prepaid label it would not be bad though.

 

Glad to hear they took care of you.  That is the same experience that I had, except it was easier to send back to tackle warehouse as they paid for shipping.  I honestly wish my local cabala's would stock them...  The last one I ordered through them took 3 weeks to get here,  tackle warehouse was $3 more and I had one the next day

I know he said they will ship it to me free of charge!..I'm not so sure about sending it to them because I haven't filled out the forum working 12 hour shifts right now it's tough to do much.

Ok so 1 week after I paid 25 bucks shipping and handling to send the rod back..A brand new rod came back to me along with a brand new *** fitted hat with the 20 dollar price tags attached. Great customer service if you ask me!

That's good to hear. I'm still planning on buying one soon and this makes me feel better if something happens.

if you like orange pick up a Lamiglas excel bass rod, basically looks the same but a WAY better company and quality
