Bass Pro Xps Braid ??????

Featured Replies

I was looking to get some braided line on one of my bait casters and was wondering if anyone has used the Bass Pro XPS braid and what there thoughts on it are.  I just recently put some Spiderwire Stealth on one of my spin reals and that seems to be working Great.

OK well I did go out and buy some of this line in 65 lb . I will let everyone know how it worked out

I use it in 50lbs test on a frog set up and have no complaints. Good luck.

It was the first braided line I tried, I thought it was good until i tried Power Pro.

Used it some today seems really good , better after it gets broken in sligthly. The spiderwire stealth on my spin reel may seem just as good. I did see someone do a knot test with 50 lb power pro. Had a flouro leader in 20 lb , the power pro broke at 20 lb . The knot was fine. Staying away from power pro

I have nothing against Power Pro. I just recently started using braid. Trying to be a smart shopper/Angler at the same time.
