Where can you find color charts to keep on file instead of going to websites to look....thanks

I'm sorry I should have been more specific. I am looking for a reference color chart to making soft plastics

Look at tackleunderground for the soft plastic cook book.  There are lots of recipes there.

 

Copy the ones you want to your clipboard and transfer them to your own microsoft word folder.  That way you can have what you want and access it any time or print it out and have it in your shop.

If you're interested in color charts for painting your own lures, I would really recommend painting your own chart. I remember painting mine for color theory class in college. It was over two hundred acrylic swatches, all hand taped & painted. It took a lot of time and patience, but I really learned a lot about how to mix paints. Now when I sit down to airbrush, I know how to get just the right color pretty quickly.

I have kept my colors basic .

I started painting lures when I was 9 my Grandpa always told me to keep it simple !

But if I was going too, sounds like Christian M. has got the right idea

Problem is every manufaturer's colors are not the same shade and different strength per drop.
