It wasnt this crappy around where I fished last year, the lake draining that went on seems to have ruined where I fish. They also just sprayed to keep the algae down, which Im happy about because it was looking pretty bad. On the flip side Im catching dinks which is better than nothing. Hopefully things pick up soon because Im not used to having to drive in order to fish.

Last year I did decent in the summer, this year it's been so bad I'm hardly doing any bass fishing.  This time of the year saltwater should be on fire but it isn't.  Spillways are spewing so much freshwater the bite has not been as it should be and certain species haven't appeared.  Even the offshore commercial fishermen are crying the blues.

went to the lake worth spillway today and seen 7 keepers taken in 4 hours but 5 of them were from the same guy so the fwc had a field day when i reported it...some people are just ignorant

I don't care to fish that spillway, much rather fish off the beach.
