Sure different situations and conditions present the need to use different tackle, but what is your without a doubt, favorite and most successful lure?

 

I "use" to always rely on my spinnerbaits. Don't get me wrong, I probably throw them more than anything else still to this day, maybe because I got too many too choose from, idk.. lol. BUT, I have recently really fell in love with different soft plastics as well as jigs. Recently, I have been having so much success with senkos and different worms that I am literally forming an addiction I feel like lol. My fiance says I have bass fever right now haha, I say I'm just catching them, cant help it. I want to go back out and try again and again to see if the success and luck is still there. 

 

So for me, my go-to choice for right now;
 

The senko, without a doubt.

It seems to be very versatile and gives me a few ways to work it and most importantly for myself, confidence when I throw it.

I had an old Pop-R that I used to call old faithful, but lately Ive been really liking catching fish on soft plastics. I'll always throw a spinnerbait everytime I go out, in one or more colors, but usually black n blue.

Stick worm - usually a BPS Stick-O now. But GY Senkos and Yum Dingers are all about the same to me. Either weighless t rig or wacky rig, sometimes on a wacky jig head if I feel that they are more aggressive or I want to fish faster.

This year my absolute go to is the zmans chatterbait. Thats what caught my "once in a lifetime" fish. But I always seem to do well with a chatterbait.

It would be a close 2nd with an old Rebel PopR in sliver/black. This thing has been lost, found, hell I've gone swimming for this lure for over 10 years. My dad gave this to me once and it's one of the only things from him I have left.

Lately I've gotten really into plastic swimbaits. The area where I fish has an overpopulation of bluegill and those imitations really do the trick when nothing else gets a bite.

Double willow blade spinner, copper blades in stained water, silver in clear... dont really care much about the skirt color, but usually use green/combination. 

In the lake I have been fishing lately, it's been a 3/8 black jig with a small black trailer of some kind.

Spinnerbaits! They come in so many colors, sizes, and varieties and can be fished so many different ways. I love the versatility.

My  "go to" is a medium running square billed crankbait in various colors.

My go-to lure has to be either a 3/8 oz green pumpkin jig, or a white spinnerbait. I really like the Terminators, but all of them are good in my opinion.

Discounting water temperature, water clarity etc. I always have a lipless crank bait tied on.  Rattle-Trap would be my favorite, but any will do.  I have caught more fish on that bait than any other (Bass, bluegill, walleye, pike it catches just about anything).  I also should mention that it probably has a lot to do with my A.D.D.  I hate to just stand still and worm/finesse fish, not that I won't but I like something to do...
