  1. Oh yea i have a bb1 pro lews and that is so smooth i can't put it down sometimes. I am sure the curado is just as good just personal preference.
  2. well, i like it when the cork starts to turn dark, tells me i have been using the rod a lot. Plus like the feel of cork and if i need to clean it will use some clorox clean up and that does the trick.
  3. No, not necessary i use a 7 mhm and hardly ever miss any fish. I also have a 6.6 that is fine also.

  5. Bass Pro has the stick 0 worms which are fairly chep compared to yamamotos and yum has there version of yum dingers which are great, Strike King has a ocho worm i think. Try these out and see if they fit your fishing technique.

  12. My favorite setup is a 7ft Falcon bucoo rod and a plueger purist 6:4:1 with 50 lb braid and 17 lb stren fluoro.
  13. I don't know what they have been eating up your way, but they sure like shad where i am cause they are eating my shad rap pretty well.

  15. I remember fishing the river close to my house when i was 6 with worms i dig up and snelled hooks and a johnson closed face reel. I wore the gears out in that thing and bought a zebco 33, those were the days.

  17. I like the Dave's tournament tackle head which has a wide gap hook and i favor the roboworm red, brown, blue forget what it is called but that is my favorite.
  18. I use a Booyah jig with a Havoc Rock craw trailer.
  19. I have seen pvc that holds small fish and the larger fish are always in eye shot of them.
  20. For some smaller ones a few bricks will do but mostly i use cinder Block and clothes line which has rubber coating on it seems to last longer.
  21. Get off the bank, find some humps and brush piles out where know one would look. Do not be in a hurry, slow down and pay attention to what is around you. Use good judgement on when to move and when to stay.

  23. Yes, i have used blue silver and orange rogue and it has produced very well during winter and spring.
  24. Well since you don't want any topwaters i would use the small Senkos and a shakey head or drop shot a roboworm.
