Water temp out here is 70 degrees. I am fishing western maine. I was able to cull my shortest fish today, the 19 inch 4-2.

Nothing huge but a 19.5 inch 4-1. Added a half inch to the total.

 

 

 

I think that gives me 102.5 inches

AHHHHH keep getting screwed! Went on a impulse quick trip yesterday with little to no gear(INCLUDING MY MEASURING TAPE LOL!) Wasn't honestly excepting much with the small window of time i had. Guess i was wrong.... I wonder how many times im gonna keep doing this

Honestly i rarely ever weigh my fish let alone measure them so i guess it's just a bad habit. Stupid me always overlooks this until im out on the water. Usually due to me rushing around not paying attention.

 

Not sure when the next time i'll be going out, but I WILL BE PREPARED. Still got plenty of time to get some good fishing .

Yeah, I guess it's nice to have seasons, but overall, I'd rather have soft water and big fish all year, so I'd take your temps over mine.
