Plastic on Plastic

Featured Replies

I need some advice. I just bought a Plano plastic utility box and was wondering if it is ok to put my plastic lures in the box without their original package ::)

If Its Popsicle(Or Plano) Its Possible! 8-)

Don't put anything made of elastek (spelling) in anything or with anything other than the bag it came in !  Z-Man products do not play well with other baits.  Trust me. :)

Generally, it's better to leave them in the original package unless you are planning on burning through them.  Over time they'll dry out on you.  This is especially true with the Rage Products (or any product that comes in a clamshell), because they need to stay in the package to maintain the shape of the plastic.  You'd be surprised at how many packages you can fit in a 3600 or 3700 size box if you squeeze the air out of the bags.  As far as mixing them with Elaztech....DON'T.  You'll hate the results.  Oh..and don't dip anything Elaztech into JJ's.  It will instantly melt.

Thanks everybody, what are some of the products made with ELAZTECHS?

ZMan and Strike King 3x series of plastics are the first that come to mind.

You can use zip lock baggies to put the plastic's in, then put those in the storage box.. :)
