Yes Im A Noob

Featured Replies

In order to sound like a noob, is this a large mouth or small mouth, cause i keep on thinking its a smallie, and i'm telling everybody  that I caught a small mouth.  Wouldn't a large mouth have a much bigger mouth. I never checked the mouth line from the side to see if it passed the eyes or not.  I'm trying to compare to other pics but my eyes arent trained enough to have a definite answer.

This may help you in the future to identify differences.  Nice fish and welcome to the addiction.

Thanks For the chart

Yep a healthy largie. The fatter the fish is, the less "big" its mouth will look relative to the body...usually!

Not a dumb question. I have caught a ton of bass that have had an off color.
