I Got Fat!

Rest week number two began yesterday for me then it will be the last 4 weeks of p90x.  I haven't been great with he diet but not bad either, just not to the level they recommend.  I am looking forward to the last month and then starting up p90x2 and i am going to follow the diet plan pretty strict as well which i know from past experience helps out a ton.

Agreed -

Everyone is different - in my case, once I made this THE Number One Priority - I finally saw the results I had been hoping for.

I have been eating way better but not quite as strict with my portion size but for the most part i am not eating junk except maybe once a week when i use the smoker for some ribs or pulled pork or brisket (which really isn't that bad for you).

The weather here is turning a little bit and with daylight savings time, it will be time to get out on the road bike here soon too which i am really looking forward to this season since the last two years i didn't even ride 500 miles in the summer.

X2

Diet is definitely at the top of my list. It's the easiest place to make sure you see good results. It's also the easiest place to see the exact opposite.
