Go with a 4/0 to 5/0 ewg hook with the gap slightly opened with pliers to greatly improve hooksets.

Gotta love the Fin's lure,Old and True.I don't know how you hook them,But I put the hook into the nose and out the side of the body.The further you put the hook back,in my opinion is the better action, jumping out of the water like a wounded bait fish.

You could hook one blindfolded like a kid playing pin the tail on the donkey and still catch fish.
