Hi all, I'm Richard Savage from a country town in KwaZulu-Natal Province in South Africa. I started bass fishing as a very young kid in 1959 and soon started specializing in Bass, an imported species in Africa.We have Largemouth (both Northern and Florida strain), Smallmouth and in a few isolated waters Spotted bass. My sons and , especially my youngest, go out nearly every weekend and I go out during the week. We love tournament fishing as it gives that little extra edge to our fishing. I also like to learn as much about our sport as possible, especially the more technical aspects.
