Bps Coming!

Featured Replies

Just got a letter in the mail announcing BPS Cary NC is opening February 2014!

Also, Cabelas is opening in Garner NC February 2015. Going to give Dick's and Walmart and Gander Mountain some competition. All will be within 20 minutes of me and 20 minutes from one another.

Ya, I can't wait for the Bass Pro to open!       Like a kid in a candy store!!!

Ill take gander mountain anyday, our BPS keeps cutting stock to the point I dont even go in there.

If you mean the Dania Beach location, I agree. It's becoming a clothing store with a little tackle in the back.

You'll soon realize that GM isn't all it's cracked up to be either from the stock standpoint.

I would love a BPS here to make the competition fierce between Cabelas and GM.

When it comes to bass fishing both Walmart and Dick's with their limited inventory have what I ever I need.  I only use flukes, jerkbaits, top water lures, I can buy those anywhere.  BPS carries a bucktail called hotlips, I like them a lot and run about $6.00 for a 3 pack, I buy them on line.  Last time I was in Dania they had them in the bargain bin, 3 packs for 99 cents, I stocked up.

Joe, you have just learned what heaven feels like.

And the Bait Monkey loves you, too.
