All The Middle Tn People..reports.

Featured Replies

I just recently got out of the army moved from Kansas back to middle tn. I havent been able to fish very much here. I really got into bass fishing when i was stationed up in kansas. I dont know the middle tn area lakes to well and would love to hear from everyone currently living and fishing here. I think it would be great if we could use this topic as a kind of reporting place for local lakes. I am boatless and am trying to get that fixed right now. But maybe we could use this to have a get together for a local just for fun tournament, or just a way to get together with some fellow bass enthusiast.

Having just moved in the last couple years to Tennessee I can't help you much in middle Tenn as there's so much to fish here in east Tenn I never leave. But you may want to check out local bass clubs. Chances are there's a sporting goods store close with some good intel.

Tight Lines

Fished Dale Hollow 1/4-1/5.  Had a decent weekend caught 6 smallies Saturday, and 2 Sunday before I left at 10.  Didn't get to go this past weekend but should be back at it Saturday, somewhere around here...

Very nice i live in franklin too. Hopefully the weather will cooperate with you.

I hope the weathers good too.

Plenty of good water around to fish, hit up the duck river and get after the smallies, also if your interested this spring you should come up this way and fish Portland city lake with me, electric only but i have a jon boat i use on it. it holds some nice fish, plenty like the one in my profile pic. and very few people bass fish, mostly people after catfish and crappie.

That sounds like a good plan. Just let me know when your ready. That is a beast of a fish in your profile by the way.

How did it go? Where did you fish?

Never went.  Spent the day fixing some things on the boat, got the tires rotated on the trailer and a new spare, changed the plugs on the motor.

Will do, always looking for someone to fish with that don't think a bobber and a worm is "fishing". I would say about march - begining of april is the best time for that particular lake. Looking foward to meeting up, i will keep in contact.

Im with you on that man. Seems like everyone at my work thinks fishing is drinking beer and waiting for their bobber to go under.

Anybody been hitting the lakes lately? Any updates on any of the local lakes? If anyone has an open backseat Friday or Saturday I would be more than happy to join.

Dale Hollow is on fire... heading up tomorrow night for the weekend!
