I was on the Denali website which I had not visited in a little while so I may be a little behind, but I noticed a new rod. The Denali 5x3 rod. I live Denali rods,so I was wondering how this rod performs, and for $119, how does it compare to the Jadewood or the Kovert?

From what I've been told it just bridges the gap between those 2 series of rods. I don't think it'll be any better or worse then the other two. Personally I would of rather seen a rod in between the Kovert and Rosewood.

He is exactly right. It is almost like a cross breed btw the two. A little bit of this and a little bit of that. Great rod done by two great companies.

I agree with all of the above. I can't wait to get my hands on the Denal 5x3 rod though.
