Help with lipped rattle trap???

I have what looks like a Bill Lewis rattle trap with a lip. It has a round lip with a little ridge around the upper edge of the rounded end. It has been repainted, so there is no identification on it. I've never seen one before. Can anyone give me some info on this?

    There was a lipped rattletrap at one time. I believe it is discontinued though.

    I have one of the lipped bill lewis traps, threw it a couple of times, then figured out why it's discontinued.
