It is probably a Mustad 32886. It could also be a custom run Gami that is available. On second thought that is not a standard Do-It Poison Tail jig. Someone had the mold cut, modified and extended the barb on the collar. Do-It does not make their collars like that on the Poison Tail. Do-it's is a double disc collar.

    I was thinking the same thing and it really doesn't matter with the mold I'm using, but it would be helpful if I could use the same thing.
