So I ordered several bags of Megastrike bugs in November but the boat has been out of commission for a while.

Two weeks ago I got out and used the bug as a buzz frog and caught 6 keepers in about an hour.

Today I got out for only a couple of hours before the wind got up ahead of the front.  The water temp had dropped 15 degrees.  So I picked up the flipping stick and hit the outside grass lines.  I had a black/blue bug tied on and nailed 6 over 2.5 lbs and lost 2 other good ones.

Bobby, I'm sold on the bug.  I can't wait for the spring to try it as a trailer on the swimming jig.

N" ICE   Im tellin ya that bug has produced a lot of fish for me this year. I have heard all kinds of stories from other anglers as well. Last spring I was doing some carolina riggin with some lizards- I went through the lizard I had previously had rigged on. I ripped it and looked for my lizard box-Crap left it in the garage-so I said what the heck try a mega bug-(Red Shad). Let me tell ya I banged them on this flat with stumps scattered about. I didnt put it down all day- Good thing I have a connection for them. It was also my go to flipping bait this year. That black n blue is a great color- If you are in Florida in the spring I now have a JuneBug color with chartreuse claws-.

That is a bait we will not produce- It was a bait that someone gave me but I do not want any legal issues down the road- So I decided not to produce it
