any one use this...have any luck with it?

 

i'm thinking with it's smaller profile..... and it looks like it may have more of a subtle action  

that it may be a good jig trailer for cold water??......on a living rubber jig...

Got some late season last year, they performed well with the falling water temps here in NW Wisconsin.  To me they fit what your looking for nicely.  I've really enjoyed the Power Team bait line of baits since giving them a go last season.

I got some of the craws.Used them late summer&fall. The quality of what i got is great.Worked good on my jigs.Also ordered 4.5 grubs. Good quality stuff,and products can be ordered in bulk at 20% off.

The Craw D is the best all around craw in the lineup in my opinion. I use it on a keel weighted 1/8oz hook and work it sloqly or as a jig trailer on a Siebert Outdoors Brush Jig. Two subtle presentations that are killer for fickle fish are:

A weighted wacky hook with the single wire guard rigged through the rear tail section. Awesome subtle presentation that is killer in the river along a ledge system.

Another killer technique is on a drop shot in the rocks.....try it but be prepared to get your arm jerked pretty hard.

Other rigging include a shaky head, texas rig, carolina rig or even a small slider head. The rigging options are only limited by your imagination. I even know someone that slow rolled one weightless over grass beds texas rigged on a 2/0 EWG a hook and let the pinchers ripple along. He ended up almost losing his rod when the citation largemouth exploded on it.

I'm not sure Power Team Lures have any bad products and the Craw D'oevure is one of my favorites. I'd pick up a bag or 20 if I were you!

i plan on using them on the new Siebert living rubber jigs i ordered last and are on their way....sounds like they will work well for that..

will also try them rigged as suggested...
