If you search eBay's completed auction listings you can see that Lucky Crafts go for less than $10.

I was buying used ones off of a guy once for $7 a piece. I bought over 100 from him to paint and resale.

Most of those are fakes.  They aren't legit LC baits.  its pretty ell documented here and other sites.

I know which ones you are talking about. Especially the one guy who sells hundreds of the Ghost Minnow Lipless baits, the jerkbaits, and the fake G-Splash. But there are definitely LC baits to be had for less than $10.

I bought six LC pointers this morning for $5.48 from Dicks Sporting Goods.  Below is the receipt.

WOW - that's the second great deal reported at Dick's lately (the other was Fireline braid).

I live in the sticks and there's lots of good things about that...but I got no Dicks, Academy, Bass Pro, Cabelas, etc. around.

Oh - the last time I was in Plantation there was no Dick's there either, just mostly palmetto scrub...but that was in 1965 or so! ;D

I went there this morning because I saw a post from some guy who bought some Sebile Swimmers at Dicks for $5.98. Those were all out though.

Also, check out the price on that SK red eye: $1.98. I really don't need anymore traps, but for 2bux, I couldn't refuse. (I'm starting to sound like my wife with the shoes) :P

You were in Plantation in 1965? It really was a plantation back then.   ;)

Sure if the price is right - you gotta grab it!

BTW - I lived in Fort Lauderdale too - in 1954 - when I was 2 years old... ;D

OK, S. Fla. guys....I gave you a 24hr head start.  I went back today and pretty much cleaned out Dick's Sporting Goods of their pointers/sammys. Still $5.48 for the 78/85 series LC lures.  Good colors too! The 100 series were $6.98, but I wasn't complaining.

BTW, there are still some fantastic deals to be had there...

XCaliber 1knockers: $2.48

Packs of Rage Toads/Rage Chunks: $1.98

SK Red Eye shads: $1.48

Packs of SK trailer hooks: $0.23

etc...

Bought a couple packs of sidewinders...haven't tried them before but for $1.48, I'll give em a shot.

OH, BTW...if you go there....don't go to the back of the store to the sporting goods section...they are cleaned out.  There is a standing rack in the middle of the store.  That's where all the good stuff is.  Still a ton of Lucky Craft/Excaliber/Rapala/Rage/etc....
