Anyone tried one of these baits yet? I got one the other day because it's a great looking bait and some of the lakes around here don't have shad so the fish eat a lot of bluegills so thinking it's worth a shot.

I have  the bluegill one and it has worked pretty good for me (especially on bedding bass).I think its a decent hard swim bait but there are certainly better one's out there.

Ive put one through it paces and honestly dont think I'll ever use it again...Didnt care for the action at all.

Get a 5" Tru Tungsten (better bait) or if you are willing to save up a little extra money get a Matt lures Hardgill (much better bait).

Is that hardgill the one I've seen on TW for 54.99? ;) That sucker better catch fish to spend that kind of money on it. My main concern is one of the lakes I really want to throw it in has a few pike in it. I already have nightmares about fishing LC pointers in there.
