Deck Extension On 89 Laser

Featured Replies

I have a 89 laser and I'm looking to put a deck extension on never done anything like it before just wondering if anybody had any tips or tricks!

You might get more help if you post or have this topic moved to the boat section.

I would try to use the most lightest and strongest matieral. Aluminum frame and aluminum top side. It might cost more but it won't rot or rust.

It's cool to still see some Lasers out there.   That is the first bass boat I fished out of, as my dad had a mid's 80's Laser for a dozen or more years before he got his Skeeter.    Very sleek and lightweight boat for its time.   I logged A LOT of time on kneeboards and slalom skis behind it as well.

Sorry to dig this up (came up in a google image search), but I recognize this boat. If your dad was the second owner, I know who he bought it from.
