How To Rig Jackall Super Crosstail Shad?

Featured Replies

Over the winter I picked up two packs Jackall's Super Crosstail Shad, three inch in size.  I was waiting for a good time to break them out and I have decided now is the time.

So for those of you who use them, how do you rig them?  I want to rig them weedless.  Will a simple 2/0 offset worm hook work?  In the videos I see, the lure wiggles back and fourth.  That's what I want the lure to do

when I use them.

 Thanks!

1 size drop shot gamakatsu hook behind the shad dot and putting a nail sinker in the head.

1/0 gammie g-lock, you will loose a little action but I swear by those when rigging weedless!

Dropshot, nose hooked.

They work best nose hooked on a drip shot or split shot rig. I suppose you could use a weed less hook like Owners Down Shot weed less hook.
