If "Slonezp" and the "Raider" got together on a construction project, what would happen? First we have "Raider" with his smooth talking, high culture persona and "Slonezp" with his ultra conservative views on everything. I could see them getting together after work and discussing things like: What aftershave do you use or how do you hide your grey hair. Maybe Raider would say " Why won't the Bears give Cutler to the Raiders? and "Slonezp would say " We don't want to make the Raiders any worse than they are now. The job that they are working on would probably be done right, but I would love to be the "fly on the wall" on that construction site. There are some great posters on BR but "slonezp" and the "Raider" keep us on the edge of our seat waiting for their next great observation on life.

I dunno about being near me on a construction site. I can make a sailor blush when I get going about something. I'd work with that broken down pipe fighter though. I think it could be quite interesting.

On jobsites, the only people who don't get along with me are bonehead premadonna apprentices. I have no patience for ignorance or halfassed work and I admit I can be a real *****. I was raised with a strong work ethic and I was originally trained by a company that took pride in their work and insisted on doing things the right way. Something which is lacking in a lot of the trades today, especially with the young guys and immigrants. I won't get down too much on the immigrants because there is nothing like having homemade Mexican food cooked over a propane heater, in a building going up in the middle of January.
