Any Northwest Indiana Guys?

Featured Replies

I'm in northwest indiana and the bite is somewhat slow. Where are you guys finding the fish? Shore fishing due to not having a kayak yet. But where are the fish biting? Thanks guys!

I haven't been getting bites at all, I was at ox bow park yesterday and didn't even get a sniff from the fish

I fished Pine Lake in LaPorte yesterday and they were hitting wacky rigged Senkos. Mostly small males, but definitely a good sign. This week of warmer weather should help the slow bite.

What area of pine lake? I was thinking about heading up there with a buddy or my uncle.

I've been taking them on flukes mostly, shallow water just along the shore. Black and blue jigs have been pretty good too. This is my first year not hammering them on spinnerbaits.
