Is there any way to convert a transom mount trolling motor to a bow mount? It just would create much better boat control and I could put a small outboard on my 12' aluminum.

Yes. There are companies that make mounts for the bow. http://www.fishonfabrications.com/products.html You would then just need to spin the head of the TM

Cool thanks, I already had an idea like that where I was going to have a local fabrication company weld me an aluminum bracket like that and since I already have two appropriately placed holes drilled in the right spot. 

I have an Endura C2 and would be interested in doing this, but what foot pedal would be compatible? I searched online but wasn't able to find anything.

Not sure of a foot pedal option that is worthwhile, but the motor should have screw under the head of the trolling motor which you can take out, rotate the head 180 degrees and put the screw back in. This will switch it around to work on the front of the boat.

 

Honestly if you want a foot control I would buy one made to do that instead of rigging one up, the steps above work well for the hand controlled
