Pelican Bass Raider River & Pond Rig?

Featured Replies

There are a bunch of these style boats on Craigslist, and some of them are nice with trolling motors. I have been looking for a good pond hopping boat but I also want to have something to put on the New River. The new river has some rapids tho and I'm not sure if it would take it? So, If u were going to rig up one of these boat for river smallmouth and pond some lake fishing what would u do?

Thanks a million ,Tyler

I'd find a 14 ft jon boat or think about a fishing kayak.

I would never take mine on a river.....unless it was a very calm pool water type area.....The nickname says it all  "Pondhoppers"
