I received some of the Strike King 3.5" coffee tubes to fish. I see there are tube jigheads to insert but I know nothing about them. Any help on size and brands to buy would be appreciated. I fish in shallow water about 4-5' deep.

I'd probably go with the Strike King Tour Grade Tube Heads.  Good hook and would probably go with the 1/8 or 3/16 oz size.

I fish pretty deep, so I use 3/8 to 3/4 oz. Bite Me heads.

Could also fish them on an Owner Twistlock Finesse Hook and fish it just like a worm with a sliding sinker and the hook texsposed. Good option if you don't want to use a tube jig head.  I'd go with a 3/0 size hook.

There are a variety of jig heads produced for tubes and this rigging will give you the most action on the fall.  Two things to remember. The first is the fact that when rigged the standard way, the tube is not weedless as the hook is exposed and second, pick a jig head that keeps the hooks bend no longer than the bait's body. Jig weight should be determined by what fall rate you are trying to achieve.  For maximum action, a lighter weight around 1/8oz. and for a quick drop 1/4 or more. 

For a weedless presentation, weedless versions are available. Another option is what's called stupid rigging. A quick search will get you the info. Tubes are a great alternative to standard finess presentations as they offer a bigger or bulkier profile to most of those.

That shallow, I'd just stick a regular round head 1/16 to 1/8 jig up in it. No need to use tube heads until you get into 3/16+ from my experience. A plain shakey head (no screw lock) works good, or any round jig with a 3/0 or 4/0 hook. 

I like the owner ultra head finese ball head in 2/0 for tubes

+1 for the Bite Me jig heads. I'm dragging tubes 90% of the time so it's 1/2&3/4oz for me with the coffee tubes.

Not much help.....I can only suggest that you NOT to get the BPS tube tender jig heads.  Small gap; 'tube-holder-spike' too small to hold anything; not sharp.....total waste of money, IMHO.
