Im not seeing the option for posting a video from youtube or similar sites.   

Copy the link from the YouTube video and paste it in your post, it should just put the video in the post automatically

You can't delete it, there's no need to. Only the mods can delete but they rarely do. Maybe this thread can serve as a reference for someone with the same problem as you later.

As the op of a post you can go back & modify or delete your own post. Just look for the button in the lower right side of your post.
