Thanks, i've been using the wave away spray i use on my humminbird but it seems to leave spots on my sunglasses, i'll try the window cleaner

If your lenses are dusty rinse them off first! You don't wanna swirl that dust around on your lenses and scratch them. Mild dish soap or hand soap works to get off any sweat or oils. Use the INSIDE of your microfiber bag, NOT the outside. Most debris will accumulate on the outside of the cloth or bag if you wear Oakley like I do, so using the inside of the bag will minimize that debris from making it's way to your lenses.

I use mild dish soap for my sunglasses and regular eye glasses.

This....

Also, Don't use a paper towel, shirt tail, napkin etc.

Those will scratch them for sure.

A micro fiber or just a regular soft towel is ideal.

And never wipe dry

Breath and a t-shirt. ;)

As said before, rinse off any dust particulates first with water. Then use common rubbing alcohol with clean fingers, rinse again with water and blot dry with a lens cloth.

I don't know how much you're paying for your glasses, but no way I'd use "breath and a shirt" on my $250 Oakley's.

Can't be any worse than going through a swarm of bugs at 80 mph.

Thanks for all the replys guys rinsing them off in water and using lens leaner wipes i just picked up seem to be doing a real good job.

If they are really dirty I rinse them off with water. Otherwise I just use the Wiley X microfiber cloth that comes with them.
