Mike on Flickr you click on the pic you want to share,

and there is an arrow (share this photo) bottom right  next to a star, click arrow then get the BBCode and copy the url,

come here paste url

then click on the BBCode Mode icon top left above the B

pic will show

Also you can choose size of pic just above where you get the url  

this pic is medium size 500x375
