How Are Falcon Bucoo Casting Rods?

Featured Replies

Just as the title says, what are your opinions on the Falcon BuCoo Casting Rods?

The application is the rod being utilized as an all around bass fishing tool.

I really like mine, it is paired with a Curado 50E. Well like it enough to buy a matching set, only difference is line weight (12lb and 20lb Abrazx). They perform very well.

they're not bad, but at that price range i feel you can find some better rods.  In fact, just under that price point, you'll find the *** black rods which in my opinion will be very hard to beat....

I agree with Buzzed Bait, there are better rods for the money. I’ve had a couple Bucoos for five or six years and they have proven to be some of the most durable rods I own, but they are just not as sensitive as other similarly priced rods. I use mine exclusively for presentations that do not require bottom contact, mostly throwing spinnerbaits.
