I posted some questions a couple weeks about getting into rod building.  Not only did I get a ton of helpful input from various members, but Alpster contacted me and said he would like to send me a "few" goodies to get me started.  Today it came!!!!!  I am blown away.

Seriously, though, anybody who has met him would know this is just like him.  He's a great guy, and a terrific rod builder.  I have a rod he built, and it's awesome!

To Glenn's point, to know Ronnie, I'm not too surprised... he's just that solid of a guy.  I had the pleasure of hanging out with him at fork... he is the real deal.
