Most lakes around me in New Hampshire are weedy bottomed. I have always thrown things like senkos, Jigs, Texas Rig, Spinnerbaits and some other things. I was wondering if there are other things that I could try throwing that would work better. Thanks.

Dropshot, I've been fishing it more and more and I've found it works great in the weeds when your leader is just a little bit taller than the grass your fishing!

I fish a lake like this in Illinois that's got a few deep spots and is covered in submerged weeds and lilly pads. I've been fishing it more and more like I see Florida guys doing with punching gear. The dinks seem to be on the weed edges but the big guys cruise the bottom or the middle of the pads.

I don't fish any northern lakes, but a lipless crankbait ripped out of the grass is a good way to catch fish all year.  I'll even do the same technique in shallow pressured waters with no grass to get one to bite. 

If there's room over the grass I'd be fishing a trap, squarebill, and a bladed jig over the tops of the weeds. 

If you have docks with hydrilla topped out around it throw a frog in there, spinnerbaits, swimming jigs worked super well this year, T rigged worm.
