whats up everyone! I just wanted to say that for the past year i been reading everything in this forum about pouring plastic. Last week i finnaly bought some plaster and i been melting and repouring all my old stuff. Ive ordered some supplies so ill be pouring all fresh stuff soon. This forum is very helpful, and i was wondering if yall could give me some info on pouring tubes???? Please help

I am sure someone has an easy way.  For me it is a pain in the butt and I won't take the time.

You need some type of rod.  I use a bolt which I dipped in fiberglass resin to cover the threads.  You coat it with oil and dip it into the plastisol.  The more dips the thicker the tube.  Once is sets up a little you can roll it off the rod.  Later you have to cut the tail strips.  Carpet knife blades bolted together then put in a vise work ok.  You hold the tube on the blades and roll a dowell across the tube cutting it.  Then you have to pick loose all the parts that didn't fully cut.
