Off work for a couple days and just had to wet a line yesterday. Air temp was around 33, water wasn't much warmer. Pulled out this little guy off a little firetiger KVD square bill barely moving. Not much but my first fish personally in the month of December. Was gonna go out this morning but the pond in my backyard was frozen over... Guess i'll just have to watch fishing on youtube today...

Congrats on a nice December bass. I agree with bammer that anything over 12 inches this time of year is a good fish. It's been a tough month for me so far.

Well done! A bass when the water is in the 30's doesn't come easy but it once you get that first one you know it can be done. Now you just need to find some open water in January.
