Any news on when san vicente reservoir in San Diego will re-open? I heard December 2015 is that true? Sounds like the fishing will be great when it opens, except about every single bass fisherman in SoCal will be there it seems like lol.

    From official source, seems that estimate is gone.  Now there is no official word as to the opening. Original estimate was between 2014 and 2017.  Will likely be the best lake in the USA when it opens.

    Well I hope it opens soon. Sounds like rain could help speed up the process. I bet it'll be great fishing when it opens! It's a long drive but by then ill be driving so I don't have to talk my mom into it.;)
