I own 4 Stradic ci4s. They are great reels. Smooth and light. Not sure why so many people are so concerned about .5 ounces lighter and such. When I’m looking to buy a new reel I want it to have good drag, be reliable and last a long time. Being lighter than others is just a small added plus. Just my thoughts!

Id go with the new Phenix feather 7'1 M spinning and a shimano stradic or sustain 2500 spinning reel.

I fished there last summer... caught a few decent fish on frogs use Heavy braid to get them out of the cover otherwise you will lose most of your fish

I heard the state park is flooded or something is that true?

So my first time to clear lake is coming up fast!! I will be headed to the lake around may 21st and will be staying for several days I will have a small boat a truck and a car I am wondering what the best place would be for my to camp? I will sleep in my truck and my friend is going to stay in a small tent. Closer to the water would be better and I would prefer to have electrical and wifi if possible.. any ideas? I'm trying to do this some what cheap otherwise I would just stay at the casino!!

love that lake!!! cant wait to fish it this summer since it did not fluctuate as much as trinity the fishing should be pretty good... Its going to be a really tough year at trinity but at least the lake is finally full!!

if it was less than 200$ for a new shimano chronarch e50 you got a good deal:)

brand new id post it for 250 first then drop price those things are really desirable for some reason these days

Dang where did you find those?? those older shimano e series reels are getting really hard to find especially the left hand models... and of course im left handed lol

anyone heard how lopez has been lately? are the fish moving up yet? how is the water clarity?

Got the 1000, 2500, 3000 and the last tackle warehouse sale got the 4000 i love my ci4s!!

how did you like the unit? I'm sorry its a x96 not x97...

does anyone have any info on this unit? does it have a way to put GPS on it? I have one coming in the mail and just wondered if anyone else owns one and what they think of it overall? thx!
