Tour KVD PTI 40 spinner and it doesn't have an anti reverse switch?

I'm a notorious over reeler and always have to flip the switch and roll the spinner back to prepare for next cast

Is it not present or am I not seeing it

Not sure on the AR switch, but why not just pull some line off the drag and position the rotor where you want it?

I was in the market to buy a new spinning reel this spring and was looking at a Quantum EXO or Smoke.  Not having an anti-reverse switch on either of these was actually the deal breaker for me.  Not because I wanted to backreel (I never do) but because I frequently have to clear weeds off my bait or check the sharpness of my hook.  I use the anti-reverse switch to do that.

I have a switch on my Accurist PT spinning... Hmmmm

I have a quantum catalyst PTiB and a PTID both have the switch

The KVD does not
