Haven't had luck all week. Only caught Mayans. Caught two bass yesterday in the same spot back to back on a baby bass fluke. The Mayans were also caught on a baby bass fluke. This is the better of the two bass. How have you guys been doing?

Couldn't upload too big of a file but it was about 2 1/4 pounds

Is it just me or does that bass look a little heftier than 2.25 lbs???? What are you weighing them on?

 

BTW, the rest of America is snowed under and iced over.

Depending on where you live in south Florida I can tell U where to go right now .. My cousins been slaying 3-6 lbers on texas rigged plastics in broward all week .. Has been tormenting me with instagram videos and all ...

Recently, I have been having the same issue loading pics. I just go into paintbrush and reduce the pic to 55% and that does the trick. 

I was fortunate enough to go out and fish yesterday afternoon for about an hour or so. I went to park close to me and landed a nice 19" fish. 

 

I haven't fished on foot in a while but Weston is definitely a hot spot for urban bass. i'm sure the bass are definitely in prespawn mode out there. I would be scouting shorelines like crazy. Like HookdUP mentioned,  try throwing something texas rigged. no more than a quarter oz weight. A senko or a simple worm should get ya some bites. Throw right in the middle of some lilly pads or on the holes or edges or any weeds. A full moon is on the 3rd so that should help a wave of spawners come come up..

It's been slow here in Delray/Boynton, some of my best golf course ponds haven't been producing at sunrise.  Two weeks ago it was on fire here.

Today the debate I'm with myself is the inlet or bass fishing, the inlet was dead yesterday morning.

Been hit or miss here. I can normally get at least get one or two or some decent hook ups. Got skunked yesterday befor work. I think the real cold mornings have moved the fishing to afternoon time here in fl

Another morning on the chilly side today and I caught only bass about 6", that's being skunked.
