400 Sized Shimano Conquest Spotted In The Wild

Featured Replies

You can definitely get it for cheaper once it does come out, because Japan tackle do charge hefty fee for shipping + retail price on the (non preorder) reels, BUT you won't find a Japanese e-tailer who will give you the extensive warranty and customer service after the sale. If you care about those stuffs for reels, this would be it!

I like the prices on JPangler better. Japan Tackle just happened to have the pics out first.

I've gotten great customer service from JPangler and Digitaka, and saved several hundred dollars. I like Japan Tackle for some items, but it's not worth another $50-$60, when most of the other places care equally as much about the customer.

Sweet! Shimano really came out with a lot of great stuff this year.

Yep, they killed it again just like last year. Lots of new rods as well.

Aldebaran BFS XG has got me excited but we will probably not see it in the US.

It'd cost $100+ more than you can get it from Japan. Easier to just go that route.

With the new hg, 300, and 400 conquest models you might not need to buy any other reels! Wish I had more money..;)
