Just got my TP, took it out yesterday and made some casts with a jig..smooth as butter love it! I'm new to the dual brakes how much do guys play with the 4 centrifugal brakes or do you primarily adjust the magnetic?? Thanks!

I usually leave my tourney pros with one blue pin, one grey engaged then the magnets around 3

My pins are all white, I run 2 on, 0 on mag, and spool tension just enough to remove side to side on the spool. If I'm throwing light baits into the wind, enough mag to keep from overruns. Brian.

I only put one brake on. The rest can be adjusted on the outside according to the lures thrown.

Same here, with maybe mags up to 6 depending on situation.

I'm new to the dual brake system as well. I'm primarily going to be throwing cranks under 1/2 oz on mine. How important is it to have the centrifugal brakes on?

I really love the dual braking, ill move mine up to 5 or 6 depending on what I'm throwing as well
