I'm not familiar with that exact Daiwa reel but you pop the caps out of the ends of the knobs. Then use a screwdriver to remove the screws and pull the knobs off. However some Daiwa reels have the knobs rivited on and they can't be removed. In that case you'd just have to purchase a new handle. The Tackle Trap carries a good many factory Daiwa handles. You could also upgrade the handle to a carbon fiber one or a longer stock handle. For instance putting a Tatula handle on your Hsta. I've also never been able to find just stock Daiwa knobs. Daiwa sells the complete handle assembly and not the knobs by themselves. You'd have to purchase a set of knobs offered by Rcs or Slp works. A lot of people upgrade their knobs so there's a chance you might be able to find a stock set that someone isn't using. I have set from a Zillion 50th that I would hook you up with.

Hsta is the Advantage.

Get those knobs that rippin'- lips is offering you.  They are exactly what you want, and cannot get from Daiwa anymore.  The HSTA has a 90mm swept handle and the knobs carry 2 bearings each.  The Zillion 50th knobs are the same thing as the HSTA.
